Thank you for your interest in MyEras.me. By using MyEras.me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
MyEras.me (“Service”) can generate images (“Generations”) based on text input you provide (“Prompts”), combined with photos you upload ("Uploads").
By accessing the Service, you confirm that you’re at least 16 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are not old enough to consent to our Terms of use in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Please ask your parent or guardian to read these Terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the Services, then these terms apply to you and you’re responsible for your child's activity on the Services. No assurances are made as to the suitability of the Generations for you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Generations for any legal purpose, including commercial use. This means you may sell your rights to the Generations you create, incorporate them into works such as books, websites, and presentations, and otherwise commercialize them.
MyEras.me should not be used for:
You may buy Generations witout watermarks. For payment, you will be redirected to the page of our payment provider, Stripe. We may change our prices at any time by updating our payment page.
You may not use MyEras.me in a way that may harm a person or infringe their rights. For example, you may not submit Uploads for which you don’t have the necessary rights, images of people without their consent, or Prompts intended to generate harmful or illegal images. We may delete Prompts and Uploads, or suspend or ban your account for any violations.
We or our licensors retain and exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to this service and its content. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
MyEras.me may collect user e-mail address data for statistics and marketing purposes. We do not collect or re-use users' Uploads; these files are temporarily stored on our internal server and destroyed immediately after the Era generation is complete.
MyEras.me may provide features that allow you to create, modify, share, or publish content. We do not claim ownership rights to this User-Generated Content, but we may use it for operating, developing, and improving our Products. You are responsible for this content and ensure that it doesn't violate any rights.
While we aim to improve and refine MyEras.me, we don't guarantee its operation or functionality. The Service is provided "AS IS". We don't warrant the Service's uninterrupted function, absence of errors, or that it will meet your requirements.
MyEras.me reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continual use of the Service after modifications means you accept the changes.
Any dispute under these Terms and Conditions, the use of MyEras.me, etc., shall be governed by the law of Canada, regardless of where the user resides or is located at the time of access/use.
Neither MyEras.me nor its affiliates are liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been informed of potential damages.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyEras.me against any claims related to intellectual property infringement concerning your content or your use of MyEras.me. This includes any associated court costs and legal fees.
MyEras.me offers no guarantees about user content and isn't accountable for unauthorized use. Users are expected to use MyEras.me lawfully and in compliance with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
